Discover Your Life Purpose

As your grief starts to lessen its grip on you, it is normal to wonder where you fit back into this world. You may have lost your identity when your kids go off to college, you lose your job or you suffer the loss of a loved one and you’re not sure where to go from here. This may be your answer.

Explore your true path, as we uncover your deepest callings to live your greater purpose in life. Be authentically YOU and live in alignment with who you came here to become. If you are seeking your life purpose this is the program for you. Before you begin, note that this is not your typical program where I want you to read and listen to content in order to develop an understanding of your purpose. This is a program that will require your active participation, reflection, and introspection so that you can get the most out of it. Your purpose is unique to you and your journey. Therefore, no one can define your purpose for you. However, with the right tools you can determine the answer to this very question. Each segment of this program is designed to dig deeper and give you the tools to go within, to help you find how to align with your higher purpose and how to live in integrity with it.

We either grow from our experiences or let our experience define what will happen in our life. In other words, we have the choice to find the meaning (or reason) within everything that happens to us, which infuses our lives with a greater sense of purpose. Purpose exists in everything. In this program I will challenge you to look at your life experiences and see how they have been a driving force in your life so you can see how the puzzle fits together and helps you see your true purpose.

Throughout this six-week program we’ll be following the “stepping stones to purpose”, or the different elements of our lives and selves that play a role in guiding our path and determining our purpose. At the end of this trail of clues from our pasts and our personalities, you will find that you have discovered your greater purpose for your life!

My Story:
About 9 years ago I had a feeling that I was meant to do something “holistic” and I didn’t even know what that meant to me. I was teaching paper crafting (card-making and scrapbooking) at my local scrapbook store and having fun creating classes but there was something calling me to make a difference in the lives of other people. I remember mentioning it to a few friends, but I didn’t know where I would even learn this "holistic” thing - whatever it might be.

One day the mail arrived with the local college class guide and I flipped to the Personal Development section. I didn’t normally even look at this publication because I had enough going on in my life with two young kids and their activities. But there it was. “Reiki”. I didn’t know what it was, but that was it. That was the thing! I signed up that day for the first two of three classes. I didn’t feel the need to take the Master level class, I was just going to dabble, try to heal my own pain, see what happens. By the end of the second class, I knew I would be completing the Master level. It was what I was meant to do.

My intuition opened up, I could feel stronger and more clearly the needs of my clients. And then it happened again. The nudge, the whisper of needing to take my healing to another level to help more people. That’s when I started looking into massage schools. I had never, ever in a million years thought I would become a massage therapist. It was not on my radar but there was this need to do it. And now I have a license to heal and this is totally my life’s purpose.

Many of my clients want to share what’s going on in their lives and talk about what their worries are and if they’re doing the right thing, are they on the right path? I’m not a therapist, but I like to hear all about it. I can share my experiences, maybe provide some spiritual guidance, but what’s that…? Help people find their OWN life purpose? Me? Hmm. How would that work? I started to think about it and then one day I ran across a program that actually taught me how to teach it. I took the course myself first to see if I thought it was do-able (It is) and that’s how this all started. Another nudge from the universe and being open enough to see the steps being delivered to me. That’s how it happens, and I can’t wait to teach others how to put this into action in their own lives!
